By using BkListen, you agree to the site's Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. You are bound to these Terms of Use if you use the BkListen site ("Site") and processes.

• This Site is for the use of Book Authors to promote their books by sharing their book content.
• When you post a text file to be read or listened to by others, you attest that the content of the text is owned by you, and you have the rights to share/publish that information on this site. The content should not be exclusive to the use of other sites.
• The text file that you post cannot contain any illegal or adult (erotic) content (including any images), or contain any encrypted of obfuscated material.
• Viewers will be able to report on improper content. BkListen administrators will review your content, and will remove any improper content. BkListen administrators will attempt to contact you to inform you of the content removal.
• No adult or illegal or inappropriate material (content, text, images, etc.) is allowed to be stored on or sent via this Site. BkListen and owners and associates are sole determinators of appropriateness.
• We may monitor your text files to ensure that you are not using this service to provide illegal or inappropriate content. We may remove or disable access to your content. We will try to notify you if or when we intend to take any action, or take action, against your account, using the email address on your account.
• This Site and/or operators reserve the right to limit or remove any person's or entity's data for any reason. We will attempt to notify you of any actions, including disabling or removal, of the data associated with your account. We may allow access to your subscriber read/count information before removing you data.
• While the Site owners and operators intend to keep this service active, there is no guarantee of service or availability. Any services, including email delivery, are not guaranteed. This Site or owners and operators are not liable for any damages, actual or implied, due to any issues with the services provided by this Site.
• Although this Site uses industry best practices to protect data from access by unauthorized persons or entities, there is no guarantee implied or given that the data can be kept confidential. The Site is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the release of any data from this site.
• The Site, and owners and operators, are not responsible for any damages that may occur due to any part of the Site and it's services not working properly. No refunds or damages will be given to Site users or mail recipients due to issues with any of the Site's processes or serviceability.
• Any payment for services rendered are not refundable, except as determined by the site administrators/owners.
• Any violation of these Terms of Service may result in immediate disabling or deletion of any or all your account data, at the discretion of the owners and operators of this Site. We will notify you of such actions whenever possible. There are no refunds for any payments, nor a pro-ration of credits or refunds if your account is disabled .
• Any cancellation of your account by you or the Site owners and operators will not include any refund or pro-ration of any charges made by or to this Site.
• As a user of this Site and services, you agree to these Terms of Use by your continued use of this Site and services. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use this Site and it's services.
